Bonnie Lantz Nutritionist

My name is Bonnie Lantz and I am married to Dr. Fred who is the Chiropractor in our clinic. I have three children, Lantz 24, Chance 22, and Maggie Mae 20. I enjoy reading, working out in our exercise facility in our clinic, rollerblading, biking, hiking and singing. I am the Nutrition Consultant and EDS practitioner at Broadway Chiropractic Wellness Center. I have been a Nutrition Consultant for eight years and received my education from the American Academy of Nutrition, college of nutrition. In 2002 I became certified as an EDS practitioner. In 2003 I attended clinical training at the Energetics International College of Bioenergetic Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated as a Bio-Energetics Practitioner. I am certified in DOT drug screening, alcohol and DOT physicals. I design and implement exercise programs for our patients in our rehab facility.

In the past 18 months, we have introduced a new line of supplements from Standard Process (SP). SP was founded in 1929 and is the oldest nutritional company in the US producing professional grade, 100% organic whole food supplements. SP supplements are exclusively sold to health care professionals. SP is one of few nutritional companies not owned by a pharmaceutical company. I am also very concerned about our environment and have been promoting and selling Shaklee “Green Cleaning Products” for 12 years.

Ken Griebel Massage Therapist

Ken Griebel was born right here in New Ulm, Minnesota in 1960, graduating from Cathedral High School in 1978.  He and his wife Susan were married in 1981 and have one son, Keith.  Ken has been dairy farming all of his life and in 2003, decided to add Massage Therapy to his repertoire, graduating from Sr. Rosalind’s School of Professional Massage in April 2005 with over 800 hours of training.  He is capable of providing anything from a light, relaxing massage to an invigorating, therapeutic, deep tissue massage, using any of a number of modalities including myofascial release, reflexology, acupressure and Swedish massage.  In his quest to stay on top of the latest techniques, Ken has been continuing his education by attending workshops and seminars.  He recently completed a 40-hour intensive seminar on Orthopedic Massage and Pain Management by the internationally renowned James Waslaski, considered one of the “masters of the trade.”  Ken believes that through massage you can relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, flush out toxins, and reduce pain, which helps manage stress and encourages your body to heal from within.
